Error and/or relief
The minute order from the resentencing hearing must be corrected to reflect that the defendant was convicted as to count 3 of a violation of section 289(a) rather than section 288(a).
Holding:
The clerical error in the minute order, setting for the wrong code section of conviction, must be corrected.
