Error and/or relief
The abstract of judgment reflects the wrong count of conviction, and must be corrected.
Holding:
Section 1 of the abstract of judgment incorrectly states the defendant was convicted on count “04,” rather than count “03.” We order the trial court to correct that clerical error.
