Error and/or relief
The abstract of judgment incorrectly lists “2001” as the year the defendant committed the murder underlying the judgment. In fact, the shooting occurred in 2021. The abstract must be corrected.
Holding:
This date is a clerical error and we instruct the court to correct it.
